We will start your system up in the spring and make sure it is operating correctly, we can come anytime to make sure it is behaving as it should and we can come in the fall and make sure it is winterized properly.  No sprinkler?  don't worry - we will put one in for you!

We will come and feed your lawn so it can thrive.

More weeds than grass, or just a few weeds - we will come (minimum of 5 visits to ensure success) and take care of it for you!

We use a mix of Rye and Kentucky Bluegrass with a fast-greening perennial ryegrass and shade-tolerant fescues which complement Kentucky bluegrass' strengths to create versatile, lush, cool-season lawns. Well-maintained Kentucky bluegrass develops into a thick, lush lawn.  We suggest doing a yard aeration prior to overseeding and to compliment it with a fertilizer treatment.

Vital for promoting a healthy lawn, allowing air, water, and nutrients to reach the roots.         

Note: Due to the weight of the aerator and the safety of our crew members, we cannot carry it up or down stairs and/or push it over steep inclines. If you have more than 2 consecutive stairs leading to your lawn, we would not be able to service those areas. 

Power raking is an essential lawn care service that improves the health and appearance of your lawn by removing excess organic debris. This process is particularly beneficial when combined with aeration, as it creates optimal conditions for overseeding and root growth, enhancing the overall health and vitality of your grass.

Total package includes everything in the Ultimate Spring and Fall packages PLUS a mid-season sprinkler tune-up and monthly fertilizer and weed control applications.  You also get 5% off all repairs when you sign up for a year.  This service renews annually.

Aeration, Fertilization, Over-seeding and Sprinkler Start-up

All services included in this package will be completed during the same visit. 

During the Sprinkler Start Up Service, homeowner is to be present to turn on the water in the basement. 

-Turn on the water to irrigation system (client turns on basement valve)

-Check sprinklers for proper coverage

-Adjust sprinklers as necessary

-Set Timer for spring watering

Aeration, Overseeding, Fertilizer and Sprinkler Blowout. 

Prepare your lawn for the upcoming winter all the way to spring. Package includes aeration, winterizing fertilizer, over-seeding and sprinkler blowout.  No one needs to be home for this service as long as your valve boxes and backflow are visible and accessible.
