We will kick off your system in the spring and ensure it is functioning properly. Our team can visit anytime to confirm it is working as it should, and we can also come in the fall to ensure it is winterized correctly. No sprinkler system? Don’t worry - we will install one for you!

Whether you have more weeds than grass or just a few pesky weeds, we are here to help. With a commitment of at least 5 visits to ensure success, we will take care of your lawn for you!

We combine a mix of Rye and Kentucky Bluegrass with fast-greening perennial ryegrass and shade-tolerant fescues, which enhance the strengths of Kentucky bluegrass to produce versatile, lush, cool-season lawns. When properly maintained, Kentucky bluegrass develops into a thick, vibrant lawn. We recommend performing yard aeration before overseeding, along with a complementary fertilizer treatment.

Essential for fostering a vibrant and healthy lawn, this process enables air, water, and nutrients to effectively reach the roots. 

Please note: Due to the aerator's weight and to ensure the safety of our crew members, we are unable to navigate stairs or steep inclines. If there are more than two consecutive stairs leading to your lawn, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to service those areas.

Power raking is a vital lawn care service that enhances both the health and appearance of your lawn by effectively removing excess organic debris. This procedure is especially advantageous when paired with aeration, as it fosters ideal conditions for overseeding and root development, ultimately boosting the overall vitality and health of your grass.

The total package encompasses everything offered in the Ultimate Spring and Fall packages, along with a mid-season sprinkler tune-up and monthly applications for fertilizer and weed control. Additionally, when you commit to a year, you receive a 5% discount on all repairs. This comprehensive service renews annually.

Aeration, fertilization, over-seeding, and sprinkler start-up services are all included in this package and will be completed during the same visit. For the sprinkler start-up service, the homeowner must be present to turn on the water in the basement. 

- Turn on the water to the irrigation system (the client will turn on the basement valve) 

- Check sprinklers to ensure proper coverage 

- Adjust sprinklers as necessary 

- Set the timer for spring watering

Prepare your lawn for the transition from winter to spring with our comprehensive package that includes aeration, overseeding, winterizing fertilizer, and sprinkler blowout. You don't need to be home for this service, as long as your valve boxes and backflow are visible and accessible.
