Sprinkler Start-up Service

During the Sprinkler Start-Up Service, it is essential for the homeowner to be present or provide access for the tech to the basement valve and timer to facilitate the water activation in the basement. An extra fee of $10/zone beyond the initial 6 zones. If you are unaware of how many zones you have, the tech will notify the office to update the billing and profile.

Please note that there is no specific time frame allocated for this visit. Rest assured, you will be notified via text message once our technician is on their way to your property.

Kindly ensure that your yard is easily accessible, free of pet waste and debris, with the sprinkler heads in your lawn interior clearly marked. Additionally, we kindly request that pets are kept indoors during the service. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

Prepare your sprinkler system for the upcoming summer season with our comprehensive service, which includes up to 45 minutes of meticulous work. During this time, our technician will:

- Inspect sprinklers for optimal coverage

- Adjust sprinkler heads as required

- Modify Timer Settings, if necessary, provided access to the Timer is available

- Assess the Sprinkler System for any issues and conduct repairs if authorized by the homeowner.
