During the sprinkler start-up service, it is essential for the homeowner to be present or provide access for the technician to the basement valve and timer, which are crucial for facilitating the water activation in the basement. There is an additional fee of $10 per zone beyond the initial 6 zones. If you are unsure of how many zones you have, the technician will notify the office to update your billing and profile accordingly.

Please note that there is no specific time frame allocated for this visit. Rest assured, you will receive a text message notification once our technician is on their way to your property.

To ensure an efficient lawn maintenance service, please make sure your yard is easily accessible, free of pet waste and debris, and that the sprinkler heads in your lawn interior are clearly marked. Additionally, we kindly request that pets are kept indoors during the service. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
